Recently, we organized a capacity-building training at Tidiane T. This initiative was part of a humanitarian effort, offered at a reduced cost to make it accessible to a large number of participants. Thanks to this affordability, many people were able to benefit from it.
It was a great success, both in terms of the quality of the training provided and the enthusiasm of the participants.

Mr. Gédéon, a talented and hardworking tailor Touching story
We would like to share a touching situation with you: Mr. Gédéon, a talented and hardworking tailor, has been the victim of a barbaric act in his community. His sewing workshop, which was not only his livelihood but also a source of inspiration for the community, was completely destroyed by arson. Additionally, his wife’s restaurant, which contributed to their household income, was also burned to the ground.
In the face of this tragedy, AAMDAF has already provided support, but it is not enough to allow Mr. Gédéon and his family to fully resume their activities and regain stability.
We are therefore reaching out for your generosity and solidarity. This video is a heartfelt plea, an invitation to philanthropists and all people of goodwill to join us in this effort to rebuild. Together, we can help restore Mr. Gédéon’s sewing workshop and his wife’s restaurant.
Every contribution, no matter how small, will be a step closer to their recovery. Help us turn this tragedy into a new opportunity for Mr. Gédéon and his family.
The food kit distribution ceremony
The food kit distribution ceremony organized by the Association of Tailors and Designers of Yopougon Selmer highlighted a strong humanitarian commitment. AAMDAF, represented by its president, Karamoko N. Kady, made a significant impact by supporting the tailors of Selmer and making a monetary donation during the ceremony. AAMDAF’s representative, Mrs. Doudou Salimata, also delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the importance of unity and social cohesion for the advancement of the fashion sector. This act of solidarity strengthens collaboration among artisans and promises a bright future for the Yopougon community and its fashion professionals.
